We opened our doors in October 2025 to bring specialized neuro and geriatric rehabilitation directly to the Perham area — so patients no longer have to travel outside the lakes region for expert neuro therapy. With years of experience treating complex neurologic conditions, age-related mobility challenges, and post-surgical recovery, our team is dedicated to helping individuals stay active, independent, and thriving in the community they love. We’re proud to be part of the Perham community, supporting aging in place through personalized physical and occupational therapy that meets people where they are — whether in the clinic or at home.
Lisa Yonker

A 2015 graduate of the University of North Dakota, Lisa has 10+ years specialized experience in treating patients with stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, neuropathies, and neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, and ALS, along with general orthopedic post-op conditions. Her clinical approach is rooted in compassion, adaptability, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey. Lisa believes that effective rehabilitation begins with listening–tailoring every treatment plan to the individual’s goals abilities, and life circumstances. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time on the lake with her husband and two sons.
Tina McDonald

Raised in Perham, with deep roots in the community, Tina graduated from Perham High School in 1991. With over 25 years of experience, Tina is a skilled occupational therapist specializing in neurorehabilitation, including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and progressive neurological conditions. She also has extensive background in hand therapy, orthopedic rehab, wheelchair assessment, and home modifications. Tina is passionate about helping individuals maximize independence and safety through personalized, evidence-based care.
